Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer needs to reach out to us within 24 hours to cancel the order so our team can have the cancellation done within 2 working days.
Shipped-out orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy:
- Simply As Good will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery date to qualify for a full refund.
- Return requests for damaged items must be initiated within 3 days of delivery date with pictures to provide proof of damage. Evidence of the damaged items will be reviewed. If it qualifies as damaged, we will process a refund within 5 – 7 business days.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
